At the core of this visionary project, located in the esteemed River Oaks area of Houston, TX, lies a masterful blend of refined opulence and minimalist simplicity. Our expert design team set out to create an interior that not only reflects these ideals but elevates them. The result is a space that radiates timeless elegance, seamlessly merging luxurious sophistication with the clean lines of minimalism.

Developed by the renowned Randall Davis, this space was the perfect architectural background for Bilal Rehman Studio to reimagine its penthouse unit. This two-story unit was injected with the signature cutting-edge, forward-thinking design ethos synonymous with the Bilal Rehman brand. through the creative lens of Bilal Rehman Studio, creating the perfect fusion of traditional industrial architecture with the next generation of Interior Design.

The carefully chosen color palette, both subdued and striking, sets the stage for an ambiance of serene luxury. Neutral tones and blacks form a canvas where light and shadow dance in a captivating visual symphony. Subtle pops of color are strategically placed, adding focal points that intrigue and enrich the overall composition.

ALL RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

A hallmark of our design philosophy is the deliberate curation of textures that flow seamlessly through the space. From the luxurious upholstery to the refined wooden grains, each texture is selected with intent. This thoughtful interplay of tactile sensations creates a rich, layered environment that transforms as one navigates through it, offering a captivating multi-sensory experience.

Anchoring the space is a 12 ft olive tree in a vintage cement pot. The introduction of the tree was done with the intention of brining the outdoors in to soften the industrial aura of the penthouse.
