Presenting the latest rendition of the Blvd Place Residence. Bilal Rehman's vision has revitalized the interiors of this cutting-edge high-rise. Utilizing his own home as a canvas for constant design experimentation, Rehman explores the interplay of vintage and contemporary aesthetics, cultivating a diverse collection of furniture, decor, and artwork sourced from his worldly adventures. This synthesis of styles transforms the space into a dynamic showcase of design ingenuity.

In the Gallery of the penthouse, a curated selection of artifacts from Bilal’s personal archive tells a deeply personal design story. Among the standout pieces: a vintage framed Hermès scarf—the spark behind his very first interior project over a decade ago—sits alongside a sculptural Kelly Wearstler Pop Bowl, a timeless Pierre Jeanneret chair, and sleek Italian stools by Opinion Ciatti.

The interiors embody Rehman's philosophy of blending styles, eras, and mediums, seamlessly uniting iconic elements of the past with the innovative works of contemporary artists. This synthesis creates spaces that radiate opulence, enduring elegance, and unparalleled comfort.

Commanding attention in the main living area are the sculptural Tribute Stool and a one-of-a-kind Bauble Box by Kelly Wearstler—statement pieces that encapsulate a pivotal chapter in Bilal Rehman’s design evolution.

Conceived with entertaining in mind, Bilal designed a sleek bar just off the gallery at the heart of the penthouse—strategically positioned for seamless access to both the living room and kitchen, making it ideal for effortless, bar service.

Rehman envisioned the guest suite as an ode to the refined luxury of a five-star hotel, layering rich textures and personal history to elevate the experience. A painting from his high school years—one of his earliest creative expressions—graces the wall, infusing the space with intimate character. Anchoring the room is a sumptuous black velvet bed flanked by Rosso marble nightstands, while a pair of hand-blown oxblood Bocci sconces cast a warm, sculptural glow overhead.

Rehman crafted the primary suite as a sanctuary of warmth and understated luxury. A striking chrome convex portal hovers above the bed, doubling as both art and architectural accent. Below, a plush black velvet bed anchors the space, flanked by vintage chrome nightstands—meticulously designed by Jonathan Adler—that reflect the room’s quiet glamour.
