Looking for a fresh point of view, the Arabella clients sought out Bilal Rehman to design their newly purchased 3000 sq. ft. penthouse located in the prestigious Arabella building, built by developer Randall Davis, located in the heart of Houston. In contrast to the clean line architecture of the high-rise building, the interior proves to be a different world—part Italian modern, fashion-inspired, and art-loving.
